Canada Achieves #1 Ranking in Global Survey

Having a strong brand is important in drawing tourists from abroad.I know that our local tourism association, the Destination Cape Breton Association, is working hard on improving the Cape Breton brand. Positive word of mouth based on dynamic experiences are the best way to promote an area.And that is why it is important that we all strive to help the visitor obtain the best experience possible while in Cape Breton. Just lately Destination Cape Breton Association's Product Development Committee attended a experiential tourism seminar "The Edge of The Wedge" held at the Gros Morne Institute for Experiential Tourism in Newfoundland. They now have to use their insights to craft the best development plan possible for the Cape Breton Brand.
