He will be a assisted by Sampsonville native, local chef Dillon Carter from the MacDonald Country Inn in St. Peter's, with apprentice Chef Tara Sdraulig of Holland College completing the three member team. Imagine your self seated along side the St. Peter's National Historic Site the St. Peter's Canal at sunset and being presented with this spectacular menu made up of local ingredients and prepared by the hands of one of the worlds top chefs.
