* Warm Winter Vegetable Salad

* Choice of Entrees:

1. Pork Tenderloin with Brandy & Peppercorn Cream Sauce, served with Roast Potatoes & braised Red Cabbage
2. Pan fried Salmon with a White Wine & Olive Oil Dressing, served with Roast Potatoes & braised Red Cabbage
3. Palak Paneer, served with Basmathi Rice, Chutney & Raita

* Dessert:

Apple Crisp with Vanilla Custard
