The Right Some Good's World Class Adventures Awaits You At The St. Peter's Marina August 27th.

 

Master Chef: Daniel Galmiche from the (UK) along with
Local Chef: Craig Leforte from Governor’s Pub in Sydney along with apprentice Chef: Carrie Grimes from the Strait Area Campus Culinary Student will present a world class culinary experience adventure on Tuesday August 27th. at the St. Peter's Marina located at 32 Lions Avenue, St. Peter's. Doors open at 6:30pm and dinner will start at 7pm.

Tickets $85 per-person + taxes

This culinary adventures consists of the 4 course meal that follows:  
1st Course:
Gaspacho of Heirloom tomatoes, Peppers, Strawberries and Ran-cher Acres Goat Feta Cheese
2nd Course:
Louisbourg Seafood lobster ceviche, with apples, chili and tarragon served with red onion, mango and flat parsley salad
3rd Course:
Veal belli blanquette prepare with veal from Blois Family Farm, with mushrooms and onion pilau rice with lime zest and roasted almond flake
4th Course:
HASKAP marmalade with goat Greek yogurt and vanilla crumble
Meet Chef Daniele Galmiche, Michelin star and award-winning chef, joining us from England. His restaurant, The Vineyard was recently named best in the UK by Decanter magazine. You can look forward to a truly exceptional dining experience as he fuses his passion, intensity and fiery ambition into the Right Some Good menu. Chef Daniel’s worldwide reputation makes him one of the most sought after chefs around. In 2010-2011, he won the Relais Chateau Worldwide Rising Chef Trophy.
Among many accomplishments, Chef Daniel was awarded Master Chef of the Year and gained a Michelin Star at the Knockinaam Lodge Hotel in Scotland. He’s gone on to achieve and maintain additional Michelin Stars throughout his career.
Originally from France, Chef Daniel has made a new home for himself in England at the Vineyard in Stockcross. Since his arrival, the Vineyard has been nominated the sixth best restaurant in the UK National Restaurant Awards.
Chef Daniel is well-known to the media and is frequently a guest on national television programs such as, BBC’s Saturday Kitchen with James Martin and Sky TV the World’s Greatest Dishes.
His philosophy, “Eating is one of the greatest pleasures in life.” He believes in communicating this flawlessly through his succulent dishes. You’re in for a culinary adventure.

 The magnificent meal is only part of the adventure, Canadian fiddler Chrissy Crowley who is the entertainer for the eventing is the perfect pairing to the dinner set by the waters of the history village of St.Peter’s. A native to Cape Breton, Chrissy grew up surrounded by the island’s musical culture. Her music is a unique combination of a fresh new sound blended together with traditional Celtic roots and is absolutely out-of-this world!

From a small town girl to a world renown artist, Chrissy Crowley has performed throughout Canada, the United States, the UK, as well as Ireland, Holland, France, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic, captivating audiences with a talent that belies her youth.
The fiddler has three consecutive Canadian Folk Music Award nominations, a Top 20 Under 20 in Canada award, and numerous East Coast Music Association and Music Nova Scotia nominations. Her music has been described as a “fiery fiddle playing with a distinctly mischievous personality” (Tim Readman, Penguin Eggs Magazine).” Thanks to Right Some Good for the information on this event.
