The Cosy Corner Restaurant Has Re-opened

The Cosy Corner Restaurant in St. Peter's, Richmond County

I am happy to announce that The Cosy Corner Restaurant has re-opened in St. Peter's.

With COVID-19 there are lots of rules and regulations that have to be followed to keep up with regulations set forward by the Provincial Health Authority for operators in the tourism industry, here is a notice to the rules that have to be followed if dining at Louie's Cosy Corner Restaurant in St. Peter's.

Thank you to everyone who have been coming in since we've reopened and for being so understanding as we navigate this new normal. Some notes to customers: 

1) The drive thru is still open for pick ups, please use it to pick up your to-go orders. 

2) Do not enter the dining room until instructed to do so by wait staff and customers must stay in their seats unless going to the washroom or leaving.  

3) We are in the process of setting up our deck for the summer, customers must come inside the foyer before sitting on the deck. The deck has more tables then our capacity and social distancing allows so even if there are empty tables you may not be able to sit at them.  

4) Bathroom are now for customers only. 

5) Finally, as many of you have probably already heard, there is a heat warning being issued for a few days this week. Currently, our wait staff are being required to wear masks which is sure to make the extreme heat even worse. So customers should be aware that the heat pumps will be on and stay on for the safety of our staff. If you tend to get cold, please bring a sweater. Also, staff will be required to take a hydration break every 20 minutes during busy times so we ask for your patience as we work to keep staff and customers safe.
