Yoga. Both classes are suitable for

style which allows us to experience the poses fully through longer holdings of
the poses. Our Hatha practice encourages
us to connect our breath with our movement as we flow through the poses. We will alternate between the different
styles each week. Please bring any props that you may have such as a blanket,
blocks, bolsters, straps and of course your yoga mat. Hatha Yoga will take
