The 8th Annual Bras d'Or Watch is Back in the St. Peter's Area!!! Come Watch, Listen and Learn About the Amazing Bras d'Or Ecosystem.

 

If you enjoy Science you will not want to miss this informative event. On Saturday, July 23 from 11am to 3pm take in The 8th Annual Bras d'Or Watch.

The Bras d’Or Watch is an initiative, which introduces people to the unique Bras d’Or ecosystem, in Cape Breton. The Bras d'Or Watch Field Day is an annual event that brings together scientists, naturalists, families, and community leaders to celebrate our place in the Bras d'Or Lake Biosphere Reserve. It includes family friendly activities, scientists are eager to share their knowledge, and lots of opportunity to meet new friends. Bras d’Or Watch field day is a celebration of our place in the unique Bras d’Or Lake Biosphere.

Members of the public are invited to attend the 8th annual field day! Locations this year are at the St. Peter’s Marina, Whycocomagh Picnic Park, Eskasoni Castle Bay Beach and Grand Narrows Wharf.
