3 cups flour ½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt 4 eggs
3 teaspoon baking powder 2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup margarine ¼ cup milk
2 cups white sugar 1 cup chopped pecans
3 cups cranberries (chopped)
Cream margarine and sugar together until creamy. Add vanilla
and one egg at a time. Add small additions of the dry ingredients
and mix with milk. Fold in pecans and cranberries. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes or until done. 13” x 9” pan.
¼ cup butter 1 egg yolk 3 cups icing sugar 2 teaspoon almond
flavouring or according to taste. Dilute with heavy cream.
