Canada Day Celebrations Come To Richmond County -

 

Don't miss out on the Canada Day Celebrations this year in Richmond County on July 1. The perfect way to start celebrating the summer and the school break. Lots of fun events scheduled for the whole family to enjoy. There will be celebrations right around the county on Friday, July 1. Let's take a peek at what is happening.

Arichat gets off to an early start on Canada Day with a Public Market running from 10am to 2pm at LeNoir Landing. Children Activities will take place from 11am to 2pm. Dance performances at 11am and Hotdog BBQ at 11:30am, Entertainment at 12pm, and adult Bingo at 1:30pm. There will also be fun in the evening from 6pm to 9pm with Les Boyz in concert and there will be a Beer Garden.  Fireworks at dusk over Lennex Passage Provincial Park.  

From 11am to 3pm St. Peter’s will be welcoming locals and visitors alike at the St. Peter’s Marina.  Join organizers for a BBQ, music, kid’s activities, and more. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the outing with friends and family. Rain location will be at the St Peters Lion’s Hall. Fireworks over the Bay at dusk.

Louisdale will be marking the day with celebrations starting at 11am to 1pm at the St. Louis Parish Hall. The celebrations will include a bouncy castle, mini putt, beach volleyball, ring toss, dinky races, tic tac toe, coloring contest, tattoo station, treasure hunt and more. There will be a BBQ, Sundae Bar and Candy Bar and Canada Day Cake, sounds like lots of fun for the whole family.

Dundee kicks off Canada Day at the Dundee Resort & Golf Club, from 2pm to 4pm with a hot dog barbeque, Canada Day cake, refreshments, live entertainment, lawn games. 

 There will be no Canada Day Celebrations in River Bourgeois this year as Community members are getting ready for their Chase the Ace Event.
